Job title	Software Enginner
What you'll do	We are looking for self-motivated Software Developer/Engineers. These roles will be focused on either service, application or full stack development. The ideal person will be someone with high degree of discipline in their development practices, proactively solving problems, and offering mentorship – all while learning about the newest trends in technology. This person will be responsible for design, build and evolve apps, from front to back.
Duties & Responsibilities	・Design and develop our products ・Lead the entire development lifecycle ・Support teamwork between development, design and test ・Deliver creative solutions to production issues ・Find production issues and debug during development to further improve product
Location	TOKYO Ginza Six 13F 6-10-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications ・A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required ・4+ years of experience in software engineering, using scripting languages like Ruby, PHP, Java, Node.js, and Go ・Experience in an Agile / Scrum development environment. ・Experience in object-oriented design and implementation. ・Ability to test, debug, and extend other Software Engineer’s code competently. Preferred Qualifications ・Good command of Japanese ・Management experience
